Dear Marian and Smith/Vaughn Family,
i am saddened to learn of Jerry's passing. He was such a remarkable man. His love for learning and sharing and his kindness standout in my memory. Visiting him at the Bower's Museum is an experience i will always treasure. He was so much fun to talk with and learn from. He had an indescribable reverence for indigenous history and artifacts. He did make this world a better place, at the very least, he brought light and luster to us all.
My sincere condolences,
Nezzie Wade
