You are missed so much and loved so intensely. Gone too soon. Gone too young. In our grief and sorrow, we find joy in our memories of you. Your Mother and Father, 5 siblings, 5 nieces, 5 nephews and your 2 grandmothers are still smiling for you.

Sirus, you were such a goofball with your "Whole Milk Gang" with the nieces and nephews, and the way you took such good care of how you looked when you walked out the door. Always wanting to be the hot stuff struttin' down the street. How could we ever forget what a talented artist you were and how you influenced so many people in such a profound way. We've never met anyone more fiercely loyal to family and friends as you. Most importantly, the love you had for your family was unmistakable and irreplaceable.

Remember, "Family First", which you had tattooed onto your flesh, exposed for the world to see. You indeed wore your heart on your sleeve. Your love and bravery were proven time and again when you physically saved the life of your niece, twice. When you protected your family and friends when we encountered danger or when you had no food or money and offered all that you had. You gave every ounce, every fiber and every molecule of your being to make sure that we were safe and happy. Then, in the blink of an eye, you're gone.

Sirus, you will be immortalized in our hearts and minds as a loving son, a caring brother, a dedicated uncle and a loyal friend. No one is truly dead until they are forgotten. You will not be forgotten.

The Celebration of this wonderful young man's life will take place at the Musgrove Family Mortuary, Friday, December 3rd, 2010 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family would love donations made to a charity that speaks to you about Sirus. We would like his passing to inspire contributions to causes like gun control, Food for Lane County or DARE, that help people who have fallen through the cracks.
