Ella Faye Kepler

1929- 2018

Faye Kepler, age 89 passed away peacefully and stoically from age related causes. She was born August 4, 1929 in Wautaga County, North Carolina and got her sweetness and toughness growing up on a farm in Tennessee with two brothers and three sisters. She is survived by her daughter Juanita Carriveau, son Butch Arnold and daughter Jolene Baron (Rob).

She moved to Oregon in the late 1940's and lived here for close to 70 years. She had many traveling adventures.

Faye enjoyed her summers as a Safety Supervisor at Agripac from 1970-1994. During her retirement she prided herself on home decorating. She used her skills to "flip" many houses and she had an amazing touch for home redesign. Both her taste in fashion and design were flawless. She was also a gifted and award winning seamstress.

Her relationship with the Lord and her church, Trinity Baptist were very important to Faye.

Faye's family would like to thank the staff as Bayberry Commons for taking such good care of their mom during her last few months of life.

A visitation will be held for Faye on Monday, November 5, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Major Family Funeral Home 112 N. A St. in Springfield. There will be a private family service to follow. Remembrances can be made to Trinity Baptist Church in Faye's honor.
