Mary Elizabeth Rieker, 86 of Eaton, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2012 at Brookdale Place, Englewood.
She was a graduate of Eaton High School and was formerly employed as an instructor at PJ's Beauty College in Richmond, Indiana and the Midwest City Beauty College in Midwest City, OK. She was a talented pianist, seamstress and loved working with stain-glass.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband Melvin Rieker; daughter Barbara Mary Rieker; and numerous sisters and a brother.
She is survived by her daughter Beverly Jean Miller of Eaton; sons Robert Earl Rieker of Greshim, OR and Edward Charles Rieker of Atlanta, GA; grandsons Thomas Rieker of Dayton, and Tony Rieker of Portland, OR; and granddaughter Amy Rieker of Atlanta, GA.
Services were Monday, Nov. 5, 2012 at the Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton. Burial followed in the Dayton National Cemetery, Dayton.
