Doris Gunthrop Obituary
Doris June Gunthrop. Better known as "Dot" Age 90 has passed away on Monday October 27,2025 peacefully at home surrounded by her family. Dot was born on July 6, 1935, in Puloski Virginia to Julian Vaughan and Sherwood king. She was the wife to Willie Gunthrop for 53 years. Dot had a heart of gold and there were no limits on what she was willing to do for her loved ones. Dot always spoke what was on her mind and made sure you knew how she felt. She was the light of her families lives. Her smile will truly be missed by everyone that knew her. She brightened every room she was in. Dot leaves behind her husband and children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren to carry her memory. Service for Doris will be held on Monday Nov 3, 2025, from 11am - 1pm. At chapel memorial funeral home 35-37 Grove St. Waterbury CT 06710.
