Meghan Martelli Obituary
It is with profound sadness and broken hearts that the family of Meghan "Lit" Murphy Martelli shares the news of her passing on October 27, 2025, at the age of 41, embraced in the loving arms of her family after a courageous battle with cancer.
Left to cherish Meghan's beautiful memory and honor her life, is her beloved husband Tom of 6 years and her parents Mark and Donna. She leaves her sisters, Coleen "Mid" Murphy Makoski, Melissa "Big" Murphy and Walter Schwitzer, their 3 children Kaden, Maggie and Lowie. Not to be forgotten, her loyal companion and pet, Sonny. She also leaves behind a remarkable number of extraordinary friends and extended family members.
To honor of Meghan's vibrant spirit, friends and relatives are invited to visit with Meghan's' family on Sunday, November 2nd, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 2:00 p.m. at Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home and Cremation Care, 1987 East Main St., Waterbury, CT 06705.
