Phyllis Bryant

Phyllis A. Bryant (NE Knodel) suddenly left us to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 25 at 7PM. Steve, her loving husband of 34 years was beside her when she took her last breath. Phyllis will be remembered by her many relatives and friends as someone who enjoyed life, motorcycling, her four-legged companion, Buddy, pedicures with flowers, her back-yard bird haven, her belief in God, and just being at home with her soul mate, Steve. For 25 years, Phyllis worked at Hewlett Packard in Loveland. After retiring from HP, she went to work for the Thompson School District for another 15 years. Phyllis took on a new persona upon retiring from the school district; that of AKA Mama, Steve's sidekick on trips to Sturgis on the back of their Harley. Besides her "forever" love, Steve, Phyllis leaves behind many many friends and relatives, including sister, Gloria and brother-in-law, Bob, niece and nephew, Courtney and Conrad, sister-in-law, Pam and brother-in-law Ron, and dear Uncle Les. Phyllis was preceded in death by her mom and dad, Viola and Henry Knodel. No services will be held, flowers on a casket or donations made, as this is what Phyllis requested years ago. Instead, honor her with your memories, hug someone you love, pat your dog, look at the birds, party with friends, but most of all, enjoy life and all God offers you every single day.
