I did not know Alexa but my daughter Alex did. She had great things to say about your daughter. What I wanted to let you know is that your daughter made a difference. Alex, my daughter told me about your request to always fasten your seat belts and know that Alexa is holding you safe. That is what it took for my daughter to finally start wearing her seat belt. I was involved in a roll-over accident when I was 18. I actually had to be brought back to life with CPR. I did not have my seat belt on and if I did I would not have survived because the car which rolled into the Thompson river was crushed. So my daughter deceided usded that as an excuse not wear a seat belt, even though I begged her to. I even asked her this Christmas to give me the only gift I wanted-for her to wear her seat belt. That didn't work, but your request did. Everytime she fastens her seat belt she thinks of Alexa, and so do I. Thank you, you may, she may have saved my daughters and many others.

When I came into my first high school class Alexa was in it. She made me laugh and told me I was her favorite freshman. We became close and all my worries and fears of high school went away. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family. I know she loved you guys a lot and she always talked about how much she loved her grandmother.

Our heart felt sympathy goes out to Alexa's family and friends. She was a sweet girl that loved life. We will always remember her as a happy little chatterbox. She and our daughter Kaili met at Ridgeview Classical School, as 8th graders. They remained the closest of friends thru many changes in their lives. Alexa was always willing to lend a helping hand, and a thoughtful ear and shoulder to Kaili. Our family will always remember Alexa as to what it is to be a true friend to others. God Bless You~
