Alma Kuntz Obituary
Alma M. Kuntz age 83, of LovelandColorado passed away on April 24, 2014. Her husband, Clarence, of 59 years, preceded her in death; Clarence and Alma moved the family to Loveland in 1966. Both Alma and Clarence retired from Hewlett Packard in 1990 where Alma worked both at the Loveland and Fort Collins Divisions as an Administrative Assistant. Alma was a very active member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church and a member of the Council of Catholic Women, joyfully volunteering her time serving others. She also enjoyed giving her time to the hospitals in the Loveland area. Alma loved to travel and especially enjoyed going to New Mexico and eastern Kansas to visit her children and grandchildren. Alma stayed busy doing quilt work where her ultimate goal was to make a quilt for everyone in the family, which she accomplished. Alma was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend who enjoyed living life to the fullest and doing for others. Alma is survived by her children Larry Kuntz and wife Donna of Akron Colorado, Debbie (David) Salazar of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Loretta (Melvin) Howard of Lancaster Kansas, Anita (Abe) Villegas of Santa Fe, New Mexico, 10 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and sister Dorothy Kuntz of Loveland. A viewing at Kibbey-Fishburn Funeral Home is scheduled for Wednesday April 30th from 5-7 p.m., recitation of the Rosary to follow at 7 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial, will be Thursday, May 1st, 10:00 a.m., at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, with Interment at Resthaven Memory Gardens. The family extends sincere gratitude to Pathways Hospice. Memorial contributions may be made to the McKee Cancer Center.
