Victor Spencer Obituary
Victor Richard Spencer, 72, of Loveland, Colorado, went to heaven, Thursday, October 31, 2013. He was born to the late Judge Harry A. Spencer and Leone M. Spencer, July 15, 1941, in Lincoln, NE. Victor graduated from Lincoln Northeast High School in 1959 and received a Degree from Milford College in Milford, NE in 1963. He married Sandra L. Edwards on August 18, 1961, and they lived together in Lincoln, NE, before relocating to Loveland, Colorado. Victor was a Union Carpenter Superintendent, who held six (6) ICBO Building Inspector licenses, prior to his retirement in 1999. He also supervised many construction projects throughout the United States. He was an active member of the Big Thompson 4-Wheelers, the Moose Lodge, and the Elks Lodge. He was an expert mechanic who enjoyed racing motorcycles and stock cars in his youth. He built the home where he raised his family and enjoyed raising his own livestock. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and a variety of other outdoor activities. Victor was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1999 and struggled with complications of this disease until his passing. Victor is survived by his wife, Sandra L. Spencer; three daughters and their spouses: Bart and Janeen Sepulveda, of Loveland, CO; Mike and Julie Tolbert, of Ft. Collins, CO; and Calvin and Janet Bisel, of Tracy, CA. He also leaves behind seven grandchildren: Ryan Walls, Tyler and Andru Sepulveda, Cassie and Kailee Spencer, and Mallory and Madison Bisel. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 11:00 am at the First United Methodist Church, 533 Grant Avenue in Loveland, CO, 80537. The family is requesting that all flowers be sent to the church and any memorial contributions be made to the MS Society in care of Kibbey Fishburn Funeral Home.
