Jeraldyne "Jere" Kittley, 79, of Rule, Texas passed away at her home Tuesday, April 12, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, April 15, 2016, at the Church of Christ in Rule, Texas. Interment will take place immediately following the services at Rule Cemetery under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Homes. A visitation is planned for Thursday evening, April 14, 2016, 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home, located at 600 Robins Avenue, Rule, Texas.

Jere was born on August 12, 1936 in Knox City, Texas to James Taylor Sego and Blanche Carolina (Hollar) Sego. Jere married Bobby Kittley on February 13, 1955 in Rochester, Texas. She enjoyed craft, bridge club and taking care of her family in which she loved dearly. Jere was a member of the Church of Christ in Rule, Texas.

Jere is survived by her husband, Bobby Kittley of Rule, Texas; four sons, Rob Kittley and wife Shannon of Rule, Texas, Wes Kittley and wife Linda of Lubbock, Texas, Rick Kittley and wife Beth of Rule, Texas and Danny Kittley and wife Nikki of Abilene, Texas; 11 grandsons, Trey Kittley and wife Lauren of Big Lake, Will Kittley and wife Macy of Henrietta, Jonathan Kittley of Abilene, Chris Kittley and Zach Kittley both of Lubbock, Kyle Kittley and wife Cortney of Rule, Kolt Kittley and wife Haley of Magnolia, Kade Kittley and wife Jaci of McLean, Luke Kittley and wife Jenson of Abilene, Ben Kittley and fiance; Jordan of Abilene and Nate Kittley; granddaughter, Samantha Kittley Daniel and husband Quentin of Whiteface, Texas; brother, JT Sego and wife Kristi of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; and 14 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Taylor and Blanche Sego; one son, William Kyle Kittley; and a sister-in-law, Janelle Sego.
