CROSS PLAINS, TX - Phillip Schaefer, 62, passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2016. Funeral Service will be 10:30 AM Friday, November 18, 2016 at New Life Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church 306 West 17th street in Cisco, TX. Interment at Romney Cemetery on Hwy183 south of Cisco. Visitation will be Thursday evening, November 17, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Kimbrough Funeral Home in Cisco.
