Hazel Middlebrook Obituary
Anson, TX
Hazel Middlebrook, 84, passed Wednesday, February 15, 2017. A memorial service will be 2:00PM, March 18, 2017, at Adams-Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Anson.
Born May 26, 1932 in Limestone County, Hazel was a daughter of the late Guy and Dovie (Sims) Martin, Sr. She married Johnny Middlebrook January 24, 1970. He preceded her in death in 1994. Hazel had many talents, but her first priority was taking care of her family.
Hazel was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three brothers and one sister.
Survivors include two sons, Russell Scott (and wife, Patricia) of Haltom City and James Scott (and wife, Nita) of Coupland; one brother, Guy "Red"
Martin, Jr (and wife, Martha); seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
