Our loving wife, mother and grandmother, Carol Dee Riley Robertson, 80 of Rexburg, passed away, Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013 at Rexburg Care and Rehabilitation.
She was born Aug. 4, 1932, to Jesse Max and Clara Louise Brown Riley in Rigby, Idaho.
While growing up she attended schools in Rigby, Idaho, except for the second grade which she attended in Glendale, Calif.
She married Keith Robertson on June 28, 1950, in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed serving in the Primary, MIA, Sunday School, Relief Society presidency, library, and as a visiting teacher.
She loved homemaking, sewing and cooking for her family. She taught her two girls how to sew. She also enjoyed entertaining others and helping her children. She raised a beautiful garden and canned all that was harvested. She was glad to be self reliant. She sang with the Choral Tones for a number of years.
She loved decorating and was the proud proprietor of Robertson Custom Drapes for over 22 years.
