Dear Sharon and Family;
We are so sorry to hear of John's passing. We are regretably not able to attend the service because of a prior committment. However, we certainly want to express to you our heartfelt condolences.
We have many happy memories of your whole family and the years spent in the first ward with you. From being part of the young marrieds group that John taught in the '60's to Frank being your home teacher, our paths crossed so many times.
We remember those fun parties with crazy games; John's dry humor and quick wit.
We remember hearing John speak and his sincere testimony and thorough knowledge of the gospel.
We remember seeing him serve his family, the ward and the stake with quiet obedience. We marveled at his life experiences and the travel you did together both serving as missionaries and to give service to others.
Though you moved away when you retired we think and speak of you whenever those "good old days" come up .
We count you as long-time special friends. Please know that we are thinking of you all, and wish that we could be there in person.
Much Love,
Frank and Barbara Bell
