Here, he met his best friend and devoted companion, Blanche Choat. Ralph loved to fish. Ralph was a kind and generous man. He was very talented and learned many building and repair skills necessary to maintain his properties. He could fix just about anything. Ralph was preceded in death by his wife Maxine, his parents, and his nine siblings. Ralph is survived by many nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
