James Cirac Obituary
Jim was born in Lovelock, Nevada and lived in Reno, Yerington and Las Vegas. He attended Clayton Junior High School in Reno and Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas establishing many friendships that lasted a lifetime. Jim worked in the casino industry in Las Vegas for more than thirty years. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially camping, fishing, skiing and motorcycling at venues across Nevada. Jim's favorite pastime was spending time with his family, including coaching his kids and their friends in basketball, soccer and a variety of other youth sports. Jim was delighted to spend the holiday season with his family in Las Vegas and passed away unexpectedly but peacefully at home in Reno.
He is survived by his Wife, Cindi Cirac, Son, James Cirac, Daughter, Crissy Cirac (Don Moffett), Mother, Dawna Johnson, Brothers, Kenn Cirac (Catherine) and Mike Cirac (Karen), Step Mother, Rose Cirac, Uncles, Duane Moore and Eddie Cirac and seven nieces and six nephews. He is pre-deceased by Father, James Cirac and by Step Father R.T. Johnson.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at Trinity Episcopal Church, 200 Island Ave., Reno at 3 p.m.
