Christian Gerhardt Obituary
GERHARDT
Christian was born on December 20, 1940 in Flasher, ND to George and Helen (Schaff) Gerhardt. He passed away peacefully at home in Reno on December 30, 2009.
Christian was preceded in death by his daughter Michele, his parents, and two brothers, Peter and John. He is survived by his wife Leona, children; Sandra and Greg, seven grandchildren, three great- grandchildren, and three brothers; Clem, Tony and George.
A Celebration Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, January 4, 2010 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 100 Bishop Manogue Drive in Reno. In honor of Christian, please consider becoming an organ donor.

I knew Christ when he was young as he was a cousin and we visited at the farm near Fallon. He was bestman at my wedding many years ago.

Leona and Family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Chris was a wonderful person and a great friend to Dad as well as Mark and I. Chris was a HUGE help for me when mom passed and I know Dad will be heartbroken when he hears of his passing. It is always hard to say goodby to the good ones and here we are. Chris was a very good man who contributed to our community and to Bishop Manogue Catholic High School is a quite way. To the Gerhardt family, my sincere sympathy. I was saddened to read this in the paper. I knew Chris when he was running Gerhardt & Berry as we insured the employees. He certainly loved life and lived it fully. Also he helped me auction off a cement truck that my ex left behind.

this is to the Gerhardt family I send you my deep condolences for your loss. I knew Chris for about 10 years mainly through playing cards at the prospectors and hidden valley. We had a lot of fun and Chris was a great friend and buddy. He had a zest for life and all his friends are going to miss him.
