Obituaries from Two Days Ago

Parker, Eric "PETER"
It is with great sadness we share the loss of a great man, husband, father and grandfather. Peter enjoyed his life to the fullest, after a rough start. He was a Holocaust survivor. During his youth he endured time in Auschwitz and other camps. After the war he educated others of the Holocaust all over BC. After sometime he met Ada his "Bambola". He had found the love of his life. They enjoyed travelling the world together, building a home for the kids, nine grandchildren and four great-grandsons. He was our "GrandPa". Peter was passionate about his garden, skiing, kayaking, bicycling, his dogs and spending time with his family. The family would like to thank staff at Lions Gate Hospital especially the nurses of 4E. Also thank you to Dr. Hudon and Dr. Paul Sugar for their compassion and care. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Dr. Paul Sugar Foundation for Palliate Care at Lions Gate Hospital. "You will forever be in our hearts"
