McBRIDE, Agnes
McBRIDE, Agnes May 6, 1921 - May 10, 2015 . On behalf of the Perry, Wedge and McBride families and with a profound sense of loss we announce the passing of our beloved Agnes. The sadness we feel is coupled by an immeasurable gratitude for allowing us to have had her for 94 years. She was a delightful, humorous and loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Her legacy to her family was that she showed us all how to love unconditionally. During her lifetime she had an abundance of laughter, fun and line dancing which contributed to her great quality of life. We consider it to have been a privilege and honor to have been the recipients of her love. She had a lot of dear friends during her life and she valued all of them. She is now with her God who blessed her during her entire life. We wish to thank the Wilson, Hood and Barbour Clans for their outstanding support and love. We also wish to thank the staff of the Kiwanis and the North Shore Hospice for their outstanding care and compassion and for making the end of her life such a dignified process. We also wish to thank Andres for his spiritual guidance and comfort from which we all benefited. There will be no funeral by request. Our mothers ashes will be spread over her beloved Canadian waters. One final request from the family is that when you read this obituary you remember her radiant smile and the good times you had with her. Should you have any question you can reach us at 604.984.8027 or 604.351.4750

MURAL, Clare Edna (Thompson)
MURAL, Clare Edna (nee Thompson) Clare Edna Thompson/Mural AKA: Nana was 73 yrs young, when she passed away from Cancer, December 10th 2014 in Cumberland, BC with her daughter Kim Johnston by her side. Clare Thompson was born May 13, 1943, in Lachine, Quebec to David and Edna; she attended Lachine High where she met her husband to be William Mural. They married and had 3 wonderful Children. Their Family moved to BC shortly after their children were born to settle down. Clare was an adventurous free spirit who danced to the oldies like nobody's business, played the guitar and sung to her children by the fireplace. I fondly remember when she used to drive her Datsun B510 as fast as it would go over the railroad tracks in Richmond with her 3 kids screaming faster in order to see how much air we could get, but always ensured there were family dinners nightly and weekend events. She could always be found at the beach in Tsawwassen getting her tan on with her ever so popular Ban De Soliel, and I quote" it will turn into a tan by tomorrow". She loved Curling and going to bon spiels as well as golf, but worked very hard as a receptionist for Dr. Teasdale for many years in Richmond. Clare is survived by her 3 Children, Dean Mural (Natasha), Kim Johnston and Jude Mural (Tasha), as well 8 loving grand children, Taylor, Casey, Billie Johnston, Marley, Levy, Wyatt, Pipa Mural and Leighton Mural. A Celebration of Clare's life will take place July 11th, 2015 at Centennial Beach in Tsawwassen. Starting at 10 am and running throughout the evening. We will be having a day at the beach" in loving memory" of Clare. Please bring your families' blankets and stories. We will be having a BBQ and music in a park setting. All are welcome to attend and help us remember a wonderful Mother and friend. Always in our hearts. We look forward to hearing how our mother has touched each and every one of our lives. For any further information please contact Jude Mural 604-317-6607.
