Howard Franklin Turnbill, 66, of Rockwood, died Friday, Nov. 2, 2012, in Methodist Medical Center, Oak Ridge.
He was preceded in death by a son, Randy Turnbill; his parents, James John and Alice Alyadean Renfro Turnbill; and a daughter, Sharon Lynn Turnbill.
Survivors include his wife, Rose Turnbill, Rockwood; and seven children, Ronnie Turnbill, James Turnbill, Michael Turnbill, David Foland, Johnny Foland and Alicia Boles, all of Rockwood, and Eddie Foland, Georgia.
Burial was at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, at Roane Memorial Gardens, Rockwood, with the Rev. Nicholas Hill officiating. Evans Mortuary, Rockwood, was in charge of arrangements.
