Larry Leach, 73, of Kingston, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2014, in Parkwest Medical Center after a short battle with cancer.
He retired from K-25, where he worked as a groundskeeper. He was a loving father and grandfather and an avid farmer, fisherman and woodscraftsman.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Audrey Crenshaw Leach; and wife, Norma Jean Leach.
Survivors include son, Tony Leach and wife Angela; brother, Edward A. Leach; sister, Judy Portwood and husband Lewis; grandchildren, Joshua and Audrey Leach; special friend, Nancy Craig and family; brothers-in-law, Don Hanley and Bud Kiser and wife Villie; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, in Holley-Gamble Funeral Home, Clinton. Funeral service will follow, with the Rev. Steve McDonald officiating. Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 19, at Anderson Memorial Gardens in Clinton.
