Timothy Mark Arnold, 50, of Kingston, passed away Saturday, Dec. 21, 2013, in Roane Medical Center in Harriman.

He was born May 29, 1963 in Knoxville and had been a resident of Roane County all of his adult life. He was a dedicated employee for Kroger and worked at the Midtown location as a store clerk. He was also captain of the reserve officers for Kingston Police Department and was a part-time patrolman for the city of Kingston. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Velma Arnold; and one brother, Greg Arnold.
Survivors include his loving wife, Nancy Gullett Arnold, Kingston; sons, Tim Arnold, Kingston, Matthew Arnold and wife Amanda, Harriman, and Dustin Arnold, Kingston; granddaughter, Chloe Arnold, Harriman; brothers, David Arnold and special friend Nancy Johnson, Jonesboro, Gary Arnold and wife Missy, Draper, Va., and Todd Arnold and wife Nanette, Pulaski, Va.; a host of extended family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 26, in Fraker Funeral Home, Kingston, with funeral service following at 8 p.m. in the chapel, with the Rev. Kenny Raines officiating. Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 27, at Oak Grove Cemetery in Rockwood, with Kingston city police officers serving as pallbearers.
