Jerri Lovelace Obituary

Jerri W. Lovelace, 64, of Salem, went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 16, 2012, surrounded by her family and loved ones. She was born April 16, 1947, in Roanoke; the daughter of the late Charlie and Willie Weeks Williams. She was also predeceased by her brothers; Jack and Billy; and dog, Shadow. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law , Steve and Melissa Lovelace, of Lexington, S.C.; son, Sean Lovelace, of Roanoke; brother, Larry Williams, of Hanover, Pa.; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and her loving dogs, Warby and Shinobi.

A Service celebrating her life will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday March 22, 2012, at Roanoke Valley Cathedral of Praise, 8100 Angel Lane, Roanoke, with the Rev Harry Miller officiating. Interment to follow in Mountain View Cemetery, Vinton. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 21, 2012, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Valley Funeral Home. Goodbye sweet lady. Jerri was a wonderful lady and sweet person to everyone she came to know. We worked together several years and made everyday a lot more bearable.I am terribly sorry for your loss.
