Phyllis Ann Cox

Phyllis Ann Cox, 64, of Indian Valley, was called home to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 11, 2011. She is survived by her husband, Lacie A. Cox; children, Norman A. Cox, Nobert L. Cox, Raymond N. Cox, and Judy Duncan and husband, Alton II; grandchildren, Trey Duncan and Caleb Duncan; brothers and sister-in-law, Hiley Gallimore, Ramsey and Lucille Gallimore, and Bruce Gallimore; and sisters-in-law, Wanda Gallimore and Lovelene Gallimore. Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, August 14, 2011, at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Kenneth Poston and the Rev. James Walker officiating. Interment to follow in the Ambrose Cox Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, August 13, 2011, at the funeral home. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital and for all of the prayers and acts of kindness shown to Phyllis and our family.
