Howard Moore Obituary

Howard E. Moore, 69, of Radford, Va., died on Friday, June 4, 2010, at his home. He was retired from Inland Motors. He was preceded in death by his parents, father, Rollie P. Moore; and mother, Stella Shelburne Moore; and sister, Mary Jo Otey. Surviving him are daughters, Kelly Moore and Kimberly Moore; sister, Dorthy May Miller; sister and husband, Annie Sue Smith and David; sister and husband, Wanda Moore Whitaker and Wayne; aunt, Nora Vaughn; special friends, Jack and Barbara Newcomb, Barbara Thompson and Sharon Abel; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 12 to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 9, 2010, with the funeral service at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 9, 2010, at DeVilbiss Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin, Va. Officiating will be by the Rev. Terry Woodard. Arrangements by DeVilbiss Funeral Home in Radford, Va.
