I was deeply saddened at the loss of Sherwood. I worked with him at Ligget for a number of years. He was the most fair man I ever worked with. I laughed so much with him and will never forget that or him. My sympathies to his family.

I was so terribly to read of Bousman's passing. I was his "backyard" neighbor for many years when he and Mrs. Bousman lived on Lofton and I lived on Montvale Road. He would always tease me about working in my yard all the time. When he moved from Lofton, he gave me his wheelbarrow and yard tools, which I am still using. We moved to Cary, NC about 2 years ago and I saw Bousman a few days before I moved at the mall. He was a dear man and I cherish fond memories of him. I will keep your family in my prayers.

There are no words to express the sadness of losing someone so dear to your heart. I will miss you but I know you are feeling no pain or heartache now. Watch over me as I will never forget you and what a great man you are. I will always remember when I asked you to smile for me in the hospital and as badly as you felt, you gave me that smile. That is the way I am going to remember you. I will miss listening to you and Phillip joking with each other. We may not be related as family, but in the heart you were to me. May your family have such fond memories of you. I did not have the honor of meeting your wife but I know you are having a great time with her now. God Bless You. It is hard to believe I will not hear that voice but this is a time to rejoice for you as you are in no pain and you are so happy now. Love you Mr. B.
