Bonnie and Sarah, we were all saddened to learn of Kim's passing. He was a wonderful neighbor, and as you know, was invaluable to my son during the construction of my son's Eagle project. I'll not soon forget the several month relationship that began with Kim's unassuming greeting one day, soon after the project began in our garage, "Hi! Whatchadoin'?" Due to Kim's modest demeanor, I did not discover that he is truly a Renaissance Man until the time we spent together helping my son overcome the next obstacle in the project. I will miss, too, our "baseball chats," as he is as rabid a fan of baseball as am I.

Please know that you are in our prayers across the street.

"Life is eternal; and love is immortal; and death is only a horizon; and a horizon is nothing save the limit of our sight."

Sincere condolences to the Clark family on the passing of Kim. We were fraternity brothers at VPI back in the day. I am saddened to learn of his death. I've been told and read that he put up as best he could his fight with cancer - that is really all that can be asked. He is in a better place.

I send my condolences to the family. I hope good memories will sustain you in this time of grieving. I enjoyed Kim so much as one of his teachers at the Center for Public Administration and Policy. He was a talented scholar who shared his knowledge of theory and practice.
