Dear Todd and Beth and family, May God bless and keep you close in your time of sorrow. Fred was a good man and in the little time I got to know him and spend with him I will remember well. Fred was a great Holdem player and will be missed by many. We will never forget Fred. Peace be with you and yours.

Fred was a good friend and neighbor to me and my family. I always enjoyed talking to him. He was a big man with a big heart. He sometimes tried to act differently but I knew better. I always felt safe (when Greg was out of town) knowing that Fred was always across the street. If I needed anything he would be there, all I had to do was ask. Since we moved, I had not seen Fred much but did talk to him last year on the phone for awhile. Our family has many good memories of Fred and Louise. We will miss him. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and loved ones.

Louise and Family, When I remember all of the happy times that we enjoyed as Midway Brats and how close all of us were back then, the news of Fred's passing is so sad. I have often thought of trying to revive the Midway Reunions that we had quite a few years back, and trying to bring the "families" back in touch again. Maybe soon we can do that and again remember the many who are no longer with us now. Remembering the good times makes things a bit easier. Thinking of you,

"Moe"

Louise, I am quite sad to hear of Fred's passing. I have recalled his friendship many times over the years. He was a kind respectful friend those many years ago in our Midway world. I am sorry how we have lived so close to one another these years and not crossed paths to share our fond memories. I hope the best for you and your family.
