Benjamin Webb Silcox, 55, of Daleville, passed away peacefully in his home on Wednesday May 22, 2013. Ben attended Lord Botetourt High School and graduated in 1976. Following high school, he pursued many careers including screen printing and various sales jobs, but spent his later years working in the tile and stone business as owner of Mountain Tile, which he remained proudly engaged in up to his final days. Ben enjoyed golfing, skiing, and fishing as well as music and coaching his children's athletic teams. He had an inviting personality, and was never a stranger anywhere he went. Ben enjoyed people and people enjoyed Ben.
