Brenda Dianne Francisco, 63, of Roanoke, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, October 15, 2013. She was born in Roanoke, a daughter of the late Ernest Huffman and Victoria Oliver Huffman Clark and had been an area resident all of her life. She was a member of Edgewood Holiness Church.

She is survived by a son, Scott Butcher and his wife, Ann; two daughters, Leslie Elizabeth Velez and her husband, Miguel, Debbie Butcher Sylvester and her husband, Randy; three brothers, Donnie, Danny and Tommy; two sisters, Joyce and Vickie; as well as eight grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, October 17, 2013, at The House of Prayer, 2521 Portland Ave NW, Roanoke. Funeral services for Mrs. Francisco will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, October 18, 2013, at The House of Prayer. Her son, the Rev. Scott Butcher will officiate.
