Frances E. Newman, 73, of Vinton, passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2013. Surviving family includes her husband of 52 years, Richard Newman; daughters and son-in-law, Paula Davis, of Lynchburg, Marie and Bobby Ward of Vinton; son and daughter-in-law, John and Rhonda Newman, of Norfolk; special friend, Kenny Brubaker; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
