Gene Altizer

Gene Altizer, 64, of Lexington, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, May 28, 2010, at Kendal. He lived his whole life on the family farm and was the son of the late C. Garland and Pauline Moore Altizer. Gene is survived by two brothers, Gregory of Buena Vista, and Robert of Downingtown, Pa.; three nieces and 1 nephew. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 3, 2010, at the Bolling, Grose and Lotts Funeral Chapel with the Rev. David Bain officiating followed by interment in Falling Springs Cemetery. The family will have a visitation one hour prior to service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his memory to the Buena Vista Rescue Squad 2307 Sycamore Ave Buena Vista, or to another charity of choice.
