John has fought such a long hard fight and now it is over. I hope that peace surrounds his family during their time of grief. John you know your dad will live on in the hearts and lives of so many people that he touched in his special way. I vividly recally carving pumpkins. Praying that you all will have peace and comfort during this sad time. I think John (and our mom) had the biggest smiles of anyone in the congregation when Sandi and I would sing specials at church. Having that warm reception in a crowd always helped us get through.
