How do I take over 40 years of friendship and keep it short? I guess if I wanted to describe Margie, I would compare her to the virtuous woman God speaks about in Proverbs 31:10-31.

She was my mentor, my friend and my sister. Her absence from this earth will leave a hole in my life, but her footprint will last forever in my heart.

Each of you remain in my thoughts and prayers. I am always a phone call away!

Love you,

Kim just called to tell us. We are so very sad and will be at the funeral. Margie was such a sweet person and we remember her keeping us when we were little kids. All of you are special to us...a part of our neighborhood family. We love you all. May God's special peace and love surround you especially now since He has called her home. Mickey and Brenda

Dear Larry,
I am so saddened to hear the news of the passing of Margie. She was one of a kind. I feel truly blessed to have known her and worked with her. I am so glad to have been one of "her boys" that she took care of at Wheels Inc. She made the world a better place and although she is gone, I think she will continue doing that while looking down on us. Larry you are such a lucky man to have had such an amazing wife. My heart hurts so badly for you and the entire Whitt/Austin family. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Please know that you can always call Hope and I if you ever need anything. God bless Larry Whitt and may sweet Margie rest in peace.
