Paul D. Hardy
LUMBERTON — Paul D. Hardy, 59, of 2414 Beulah Church Road, Lumberton, died June 24, 2014, at Southeastern Regional Center in Lumberton.
A memorial will be held at 11 a.m. today at Robeson Community College in Lumberton. Burial will follow at Sandhills State Veteran Cemetery in Spring Lake.
He was a Deputy Sheriff in Columbus County.
He is survived by his wife, Anita Hardy, of the home; his father, J.P. Hardy, of Whiteville; three sons, J.P. Hardy III, of Whiteville, Trevor Hardy, of Texas, and Forreste D. Hardy, of Japan; four daughters, Monique L. Parr, of Raleigh, Telfannie McNatt, of Miami, Danesha Simmons, of Texas, and Azariea Smith, of Lumberton; two brothers, Darryl Hardy, of Raleigh, and Herbert Williams, of Lubbock, Texas; two sisters, Delma Rainey, of Burlington, and Angelica Harris, of Durham; and seven grandchildren.
The visitation was held on June 30, 2014, at Colvin Funeral Home in Lumberton.
