FAYETTEVILLE — Juliet Ford Wysinger, 67, began her brand new life when she passed from labor to reward on Feb. 10, 2014, after an extended illness.
The funeral will be noon Saturday at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Fayetteville. The body will lie in state from 11:30 a.m. to noon Saturday. Burial will follow in the Buie/Mill Branch family cemetery in Fairmont.
Even through sickness she always was joyful, had a big smile and did not complain. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Jack and Mrs. Aletha Ford. She was a loving sister and friend. She was a 1964 graduate from Blanche Ely High School in Pompano Beach, Fla. Juliet attended North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, and later attended Broward Community College in Pompano Beach, Fla.
She always remained close to her roots and the Buie family in the Mill Branch Church Community. Her last employment was manager at Home Depot before retiring. She was a faithful member of the Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church of Fayetteville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Frank Wysinger
She is survived by her sisters, Hilda Ford, Patsy Ford Baker and LaJantzen Ford; and a grandchild.
The visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today at Hills Funeral Home in Fairmont.
