Jeffrey Griffin Obituary

Jeffrey Lee Griffin, 48, passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2015. He was born in Bennettsville, SC on December 10, 1966 and was the son of Mr. Clifton Griffin and the late Annie Joan Griffin. In addition to his father, Clifton Griffin of Wilson, he is survived by his daughter, Christina Lee Griffin of Louisburg; brother, Clifton Ray Griffin (Stephanie) of Tarboro; sisters, Angela Griffin (Fiance; -Lee Slavin) of Pinetops, and Tina Owens of Macclesfield; nephews, Landon Griffin (Mandy), Cameron Griffin; and niece, Katelyn Forehand. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 11 at Englewood Baptist Church, 1350 S. Winstead Avenue in Rocky Mount. Burial will follow at St. Michaels Episcopal Church, 3204 Western Blvd, in Tarboro. The family will receive friends Friday evening, July 10 from 6:00 8:00 p.m., also at Englewood Baptist Church. Floral tributes or contributions to the family are appreciated.
