Sue Moyer

Sue was born in Burbank, California May 2, 1949; on the day she was born Arthur Miller won Pulitzer Prize for "Death of a Salesman", Bolivian state of siege was proclaimed and Don Newcombe, 1st start, shuts out Cincinnati on 5 hits to win 3-0. Sue passed away peacefully in Carpinteria, California on December 24, 2012 at the age of 63 with her mother, brother and cousin by her side.
Sue was preceded in death by her father, John "Jack" Moyer; her grandmother, Zelda Wright; her son's: Albert Torres and Kyle Hunt. She is survived by her mother, Grace; brother, John; neice, Jesse; children: Trish, Tammy, Marie, Lisa, Carrie and Tim; as well as her grandchildren: Seth, Emily, Khloe, Jacob, Anthony, Taylor and Jayden.
Sue was a loving, passionate and caring person. She devoted her life to her family and friends. She took in children and young adults when they had no where to go and helped them through their difficult times. She opened her heart and her home to all who needed her. Over the years Sue lived in many cities but settled in Auburn, California over 15 years where she worked for a non-profit domestic violence group and then later worked with local foster family agencies to recruite foster families, conducted trainings for foster families and was an advocate.
She will be missed dearly by everyone who she loved. She will be remembered for her unconditional love, her laugh, her artistic views and her insight in so many subjects. She was a inspiring role model and had great love for all her grandchildren. She always said "I am so rich" because of all the love that surrounded her.
A Celebration of Sue's life will be held January 19, 2013 at 11 a.m. The celebration will be held at 1300 Evergreen Apartments, Common Room. This time will be for celebrating Sue's life and sharing the wonderful and fun memories that we all have of her.

You left too soon, so much more life for you to live. Wish I had spent more time with you, my deepest regret and loss. But the times we did get together were meaningful for me. I will miss you, greatly !!! No more pain for you girl, rest with Albert.... in Gods Kingdom. You were loved by all.
