Dale Louton

Went to be with the Lord November 26, 2013. He was born to Ruth and Harold Louton in Myers, Arkansas. The family moved to Biggs, California in 1943, where he attended school. He graduated from Chico State University. After college he met and married Sybil Freeman. His first job was a manager for the State of California, Department of Unemployment, in Redding and Indio. He transferred to Fresno, as a California State Labor Commissioner, and ended his State career in Sacramento after 36 yrs. He then worked for the California Chamber of Commerce as a Labor Law Advisor until his death. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Sybil Louton, daughter Tami Higgs, and son-in-law RC Higgs of Auburn, California, grandson Ryan Palsgaard of Auburn, California, granddaughter Rachel Higgs-Brennan, and son-in-law James Brennan of Anchorage, Alaska, great granddaughter Aubrey Rae Higgs-Brennan of Anchorage, Alaska, and siblings and family.
A memorial service will be held Saturday December 7, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the First Assembly of God Church, 4200 Grass Valley Highway, Auburn, California.
