Relaxing in the sun, playing golf and enjoying time with friends. They were charter members of the Auburn Valley Country Club, of the Mt. Vernon Grange, the Elks and various other organizations. They moved to Auburn in 1947 with their three children. Glenna helped her husband in his business at Farmers Real Estate and Insurance, while still managing to keep up with her three children and many social engagements. During the last few years she enjoyed meeting with several of her close friends for brunch every Sunday to talk about old times and what was happening in their lives.
