Joan Stacey Mundell, age 79, passed away November 28, 2010. She was born in Aplena, Arizona. Daughter of Willie and Della Stacey. She attended King City High School, class of 49. She went to Franklin School of Nursing in San Francisco, Calif. She was a RN for 42 years. Joan has resided in Auburn for the past 11 years.
She is survived by her husband Lavis Mundell, married for 54 years. Also survived by her two sons, Mark Mundell and his wife Debbie, and their son Ryan, Travis Mundell, 4 grandchildren, Jessica Delmonte, Patrick Page, Nancie Perez, and Melissa Page, and 3 great grandchildren.
Joan is loved by many and will be missed by many. May you rest in peace Joan Stacey Mundell.

Joan was a dear classmate at Franklin Hospital School of Nursing in San Francisco. I will remember her with fond memories. She was a kind and gentle person.
My sincere condolences to her family as they reflect on her very meaningful life.
