I knew Waldo from Park Folsom. He was a wonderful man. Always happy and so active. I used to get a kick out of seeing him push a wheelchair around with mail on the seat.( I never saw him in it.) I will miss seeing and speaking with him. Condolences to all who knew and loved him.
