Leland G. "Lee" Guth
6/2/1943 - 9/23/2012

Leland G. "Lee" Guth was called by the Lord on September 23, 2012. Born in San Francisco June 2, 1943; survived by his loving sister, Loretta Rexrode Haworth (Jim); children, Gregory Guth, Stephen Guth, Yvonne Guth; and granddaughter, Dominique Nunez.
Lee worked for IBM 1969-1994, Siemens 1994-1999, and consulted/worked for other computer related companies until his retirement in 2008.
In 2009, he moved to Lincoln, settling in the amazing Lincoln Hills community. Lee became totally involved in several Lincoln groups including the Fiscal Sustainability Committee. In Lincoln Hills, he was totally immersed in the CERT team, the Strategic Advisory Committee, and the FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes).
Favorite pastimes included travel, collecting "stuff" (whether he needed it or not), his large train collection (he'd just started laying out a backyard garden railroad at his home), decorating the exterior
of his home at Christmas, fishing, and reading. Lee will be missed immensely by all who knew him and will remain in our hearts and memories.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 12, 2012 at 1 p.m. at Granite Springs Church, 1170 E. Joiner Pkwy his spiritual home since moving to Lincoln. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Lincoln Hills Foundation (PO Box 220, Lincoln, CA 95648) or a is preferred.
