Troy Carl Arter

Preceded in death by his father, Troy Carl Arter passed away in a motorcycle accident on April 2, 2013. Born the third of three children to Troy and Sue Arter on January 15, 1968. He graduated from Placer High School in 1986. His disposition could be summed up with the title of the famous Lynryd Skynrd song, "Simple Man". He was a loving father, son, brother, uncle and friend. His passion for his family and friends could be seen in his piercing blue eyes.
Troy is survived by a huge loving family starting with his three children, sons Troy and Cameron, and daughter Haley. His mother, Sue Stanley, his two sisters Teresa Pierce and Deanna Olmstead, brother-in-laws Mark Pierce and Andy Olmstead, his aunts Gaylene Arter, Carolyn Mendez and Patti Dye, his uncle Jim Dye and his nephews Dean Arrington, Riley Pierce, Bryant Hawkins and his grandnephews Brasen Hawkins and Jace Olmstead, his nieces Amanda Arrington, McKenzie Pierce, Sarah Arrington, Mattie Arter and Alex Olmstead and his dog Jack D, along with many cousins and great friends.
Please join us for a celebration of Troy's life on Friday, April 12, 2013 at 3 p.m. at Vina Castellano Vineyard, 4590 Bell Rd, Auburn Calif.
