JOSEPH C. BOLLOCK JR., 75 ROCKFORD - Joseph C. Bollock, Jr., 75, a lifelong resident of Rockford, died Thursday, Jan. 17, 2013, in his home, sur-rounded by his family. Born Feb. 24, 1937, the son of Joseph C. and Ann (Frank) Bollock Sr. Married his loving wife, Barbara J. Johnson and worked at Rockford Products as a machinist for 46 years. Joe was a member of the Blackhawk Athletic Club, SMSF Club and was and avid Cubs and Bears fan, NASCAR fan, and you could always count on the weather channel being on if a game wasn't. He is survived by children, Cindy (Ron) Palm, Jeff (Daralee) Bollock and Connie (Ken) Parker, all of Rockford, and Tom (Maurice) Bollock of Raleigh, N.C.; 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brothers-in-law, Jack Wright Sr., of Rockford, Ed Marx of Belvidere, Roger (Beryl) Johnson and Walter (Jennette) Johnson Jr., both of Rockford; sister-in-law, Margie Harper of Cypress, Calif.; God daughter, Gwen McCormick of Lac Du Flambeau, Wis.; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents; wife, Barbara in November 2011; and sister, Sherry Marx. Service at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 21, at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Road, with visitation from 9 a.m. to time of service; the Rev. Nat Bauer will officiate. Interment in Highland Garden of Memories, Belvidere.
