HUSBAND, FATHER, GRANDFATHER, GREAT-GRANDFATHER ROBERT 'ROBIN' CLEVENGER, 75 ROCKFORD - Robert "Robin" L. Clevenger, 75, of Rockford died on May 6, 2013 at 11:15 p.m. in the VA Hospital, in Madison, WI. He was born on November 8, 1937 in Rockford, son of Russell and Mildred (Mace) Clevenger. Served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. United in Marriage on September 21, 1963 to Bethel Keilhofer in Glidden, WI. Retired member of the Northwest Fire Department. Member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Robin enjoyed life to the fullest. Spending time with his family was important to him. Survived by his wife, Bethel; children, Rusty (Janine) Clevenger, of Roscoe, Kelly (Scott) Leo of Fallon, NV, Kia Klinger of Davis, Karyn (Robert Wainwright) Clevenger of Rockford; son-in-law, Eric Billitz of Mine Hill, NJ; grandchildren, Jeff (Michelle) Clevenger, Heather Clevenger, Garrett, Everett, and Mallory Leo, Devon, Bre and Andrew Klinger, Dominque and Dontay Smith, and Elijah Wainwright; great-grandchildren, Ayden and Ella Clevenger; sisters, Linda (Lee) Workinger of Machesney Park, Ann Duncan of West Valley City, Utah; brother, Steven (Kim) Clevenger of Scott Valley, California; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by daughter, Jeannie Billitz, son-in-law, Barry Klinger; parents; in-laws, Gordon and Adeline Keilhofer. A Memorial Service will be Thursday, May 16, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 620 N. Alpine Rd. Rockford. Bishop Daniel Woestman will officiate. Memorial Visitation from 11:00 a.m. until time of service. Private family interment in Willwood Burial Park. Grace Funeral & Cremation Services assisted the family. Beth and Family so sorry to hear of Robins passing. I will miss him greatly around the Fire Station and the memories we had with him there. He will be missed. Prayers to all of you.
