To the Randles family; I have not seen most of you for many years but I have fond memories of you all as neighbors. I remember Bud introducing me to AWANA and I believe he gave me my first bible “Good News for Modern man”. I also remember how he patiently endured our neighborhood mischief… With my sympathy, Pat Gill

Bud was my very 1st softball coach, beginning in the late '60s, playing for Axberg Heating through the KenRock leagues. I played many years for him, and many years with his sons Greg and Gary. Bud lead our Redwings team to their 1st of many National Championship titles in 1975, and was present at our 35th anniversary reunion last summer, sporting the same smile and zest for the game as he did all the years he coached.
Our families grew up together on the ball fields and at Elim Baptist Church, and under his guidance I learned as much about life as I did about playing Fastpitch!
He will truly be missed by so many.
Rest assured, Bud is already making out the lineup card for the Good Lord's next game!

To the Randles family. I fondly remember "Bud" as one of my softball coaches as we won a national championship in 1975. During a 35th anniversary celebration at a RiverHawks game last year Bud showed up with the original championship ball and he still had the same great smile recalling our victory. He was a great man and I learned a lot from his kindness and leadership.

To the Randles family. I have raised my family with the same values as you taught us on the ball field for Axberg Heating as kids and your memory will live in me forever. Love, Dale Smith and family. (Lehigh Acres Fl.)
