Dave was such a wonderful man! I have fond memories of working with him while at the State's Attorney's Office, the pride he took in his work and his profession, his patience, his knowledge, and his professionalism. He is and will continue to be greatly missed!

Dave will live on through the many officers he trained and in our happy memories of him. Your family is in my thoughts and my prayers.

May you find peace and solace during this time of sadness,

I so respected Dave as an Officer but most of all because he was "REAL" not "FAKE". He would let you talk and just listen then in a most calm way he would tell you what needs to be done to fix what problem you are having. He spoke to me like a "Dad" that was cool! He was truely AMAZING!! I will miss him so much! He was a very Special Man!
May God Bless All of You,
Officer Lisa Hodges
