DEAR DAD,
Father's Day just passed & it was extremely hard since you are not here with us any longer. I miss you so much.I know you are in a better place, but it has brought us so much sadness since you left. You were my hero Dad, you made me feel safe, you made me feel loved. You were a great provider for all our needs and more & I hoped I thanked you enough for that. Thank-you for so many wonderful memories that I will never forget. You'll be forever in my heart. I love you.
Love your daughter,
Kim

Dad,

I miss you so much. I want you to know you were the best Dad ever! I have dreaded losing you for as far back as I can remember. I couldn't imagine being without you and Mom. I am so glad that you're no longer suffering because that went on such a long time. I know you weren't happy with your life that way, so I'm thankful that part is over. I will miss you until I see you again and I will love you forever. Mom gave me one of your flannel shirts which I will cherish and wear to keep you close to me. Don't worry about Mom - us kids will make sure she's okay everyday. I'll be okay too because of the great family you created, and also with the love of my husband, Walt. I love you Dad and miss you terribly.

Your little girl,
Tootie
